Shipping & Return

Shipping

  • Dispatch time: Orders placed Monday–Friday ship the next business day.

  • Shipping rates: Calculated by the carrier at checkout and may vary based on package volume (dimensional weight), actual weight, and destination.

  • Carriers & tracking: We use trusted carriers and will email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

  • Backorders: If an item is awaiting restock, we’ll contact you with the ETA and options (hold the order, partial ship, or change/cancel the item).

Returns & Exchanges

  • Return window: Request a return within 14 days of delivery to receive a Return Authorization (RMA).

  • Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging (seals intact where applicable).

  • Non-returnable items: Clearance/final sale, special orders, opened skincare/consumables, and used items.

  • How to request: Email hankim@skinbeautytech.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item arrived damaged/defective.

  • Return shipping: Unless the product is defective or we made a shipping error, return shipping is your responsibility. Use a trackable/insured method.

  • Processing time & refunds: Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged / Missing Items

  • Report any damaged, defective, or missing items within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

International Orders

  • Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees (if applicable) are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping charges. Customs delays are outside our control.
